• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age;
• A Player becoming subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction;

• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player, other users, or ab777.

Upon account suspension for reasons other than suspected fraud or prohibited activity, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the resolution of any applicable investigation or cooling-off period.
